Founder, President

Josetta Wang

Josetta Wang is the Founder of The Crescendo Project. She is 16 years old, and a junior piano major at A.W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts. As a pianist and the Chopin Foundation Scholarship recipient, music has always been integral to her life. She believes it is a privilege to share the joy of music with others and hopes to make music education more accessible to elementary school students. Wang is dedicated to helping children ignite their musical passion and grow their love for music.

Saee Joshi

Saee Joshi is a current junior at A.W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts. She has been learning piano since she was 9, around the same time as these students are starting their journey in music. She has 4 years of teaching experience and absolutely loves working with kids! She cannot wait to spread her knowledge and teach others about how amazing music is. It feels it is an honor to guide other young kids through their musical journey.

Hannah Zimmerman

Hannah Zimmerman is 16 years old and attends Dreyfoos School of the Arts, where she majors in piano. She’s been playing piano for about 8 years, and it has been a lifelong passion of hers. She loves how the Crescendo Project provides many opportunities for these kids to grow and expand their knowledge in music, along with being able to experience the beautiful world of music and the many great things that it offers. She can’t wait to begin this chapter of the Crescendo Project!

Isabel Tejeda

Isabel Tejeda is a 16-year-old student at Dreyfoos School of the Arts. Isabel is very passionate about the piano and enjoys working with children. She is determined to continue pursuing music and share with others the joys of learning and self-expression.

Jeffrey Zimmerman

Jeffrey Zimmerman is a junior piano major at Dreyfoos and effectively demonstrated his leadership and commitment to the Crescendo Project. He has been playing piano for the past 11 years and his favorite aspect of Crescendo is having fun with the children. He can’t wait for the upcoming school year!

Yi Du

Yi Du is 20 years old and a sophomore from UM-SJTU Institute. As a mathematics & algorithm enthusiast, he believe the most important aspect of knowledge is to help others solve problems. He is truly passionate about this project because it allows him to contribute to society through his knowledge and skill. By volunteering to build this website, he applied his expertise to make a meaningful impact. He finds it fulfilling to see his knowledge being put to use in a way that benefits others.
