OUR PILOT PROGRAM

The Crescendo Project (TCP) was founded in April 2023 with the vision of increasing education equity in Palm Beach County by providing music education and training to students from low-resource backgrounds to equip them with the skills necessary to enroll in secondary music choice programs in Palm Beach County. TCP was piloted and currently takes place at Clifford O. Taylor Kirklane Elementary School, a Title I school in Palm Beach County. Free weekly piano lessons are provided to students recommended by the school’s music teacher, Ms. Estime, from 4:30 to 5:30 PM every week by TCP. 

 

TCP hosted a pilot program in May 2023 and enrolled five third-grade students. The success of the pilot program allowed us to fully launch our teaching program for the school year 2023-2024.
